About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who want to build a career in the US IT Staffing industry. The role involves working with US clients and vendors to market IT consultants and support recruitment activities during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and support Bench Sales and US IT Staffing processes

Market IT consultants to US vendors and clients via email and job portals

Search job requirements from portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn

Communicate with vendors and maintain professional relationships

Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with clients

Maintain daily reports and candidate tracking sheets

Work closely with the recruitment and sales team

Required Skills:

Good English communication (written & verbal)

Basic computer and email skills

Willingness to work night shift (US timings)

Strong learning attitude and professional behavior

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets

Eligibility:

Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, MBA preferred)

Freshers or up to 6 months experience can apply
