What Youll Do

• Managefull-cycle recruitment for GeneralIT, Engineering, and Finance positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using creative and effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with fellow recruiters in a team-based environment

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Canadian recruitment experience
• Min 10 years provenexperience recruiting across GeneralIT, Engineering, and Finance rolesin North America
• Strong understanding of the Canadian talent market
• ExcellentEnglish verbal and writtencommunication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Availability to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
