POSITION DETAILS


Position Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions within the organization. This position plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting the companys growth by bringing in the right people at the right time.


Principal Activities

End to End Recruitment:

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to onboarding.
  • Drive candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess technical expertise, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection from hiring teams.
  • Support fair and unbiased selection practices.
  • Build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing the organizations reputation and values.
  • Ensure consistent communication and structured feedback processes.
  • Provide consultative guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring efficiency.
  • Maintain structured recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
  • Contribute to recruitment process enhancements and HR transformation initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Onboarding & New Hire Integration

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
  • Coordinate induction sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely access to tools, systems, and resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners, supporting their transition and early productivity.
  • Gather and leverage feedback to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness and employee experience.



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong process orientation and data accuracy mindset.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources.
  • Bachelors with minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
