Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) Day Shift

Location: Gurgaon | Schedule: Day shift, 5 days/week

Salary: 25,000 40,000/month

What youll do:

• Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles
• Source candidates via portals, referrals, and outreach
• Screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain hiring trackers, follow-ups, and offer rollout
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities

Must have:

• 6+ months experience in bulk/volume hiring (HR/Recruitment)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet hiring targets and work on timelines
