Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain and update candidate databases

Manage offer letters and onboarding documentation

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience or strong interest in recruitment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills
