We are looking for a Fresher Recruiter / HR Recruiter to join our team. Fresh graduates or candidates with 01 year of experience to support hiring for Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, and Oil & Gas domains.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidate

Interview coordination and follow-ups

Maintaining candidate database and trackers

Were looking for:

Freshers with strong interest in recruitment.

Experienced recruiters with domain exposure in Manufacturing / Automotive / Aerospace / Oil & Gas preferred.

Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn recruitment processes
