Recruiter

ABD Talent is a growing US-based recruiting firm expanding our recruiting team in Ahmedabad (SG highway location), and we are looking for experienced US Recruiters who have worked with US clients.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. This role requires experience working with US recruitment processes, sourcing platforms, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
• Screen candidates and evaluate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal team members during EST hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a recruiter for US clients
• Experience sourcing candidates for US-based roles
• Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Monster and other sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to work in EST time
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems (Ceipal experience is a plus)
