Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in any stream - MBA/Masters/Bachelor in Finance & Accounting/ Semi Qualified CA
Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

a) Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet ,Finance & Accounting/Month end closure, Journals, Reconciliation
b) Complex Accounting
c) Project Exp on Process Improvements
d) Excellent communication skills
e) MS Office skills

Job Responsibilities:

1) Experience in F&A - GL activities
2) Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements
3) Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
4) Should have managed the team of 10+ team members
5) Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
6) Interaction with the client - Governance calls
7) SLA adherence
8) Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred
