Job Summary:

Role: Record To Report - Assistant Manager

Skill: Record To Report

Job Location: TCS Chennai

Shift: 24x7

Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

- Accounts/Finance graduation - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)

- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Job Description:

- 7/8+ years of experience in FnA - RTR activities

- Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team

- Review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements

- Should have managed the team of 10+ team members

- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

- Interaction with the client - Governance calls

- SLA adherence

- Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

Resource Specification:

- 100% WFO (work from office)

- Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.

- AR experience required

- Customer service skills

- Well-organized and proactive

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally

- Good listening skills

- Ability to work independently

- Tracking budget expenses

- Attention to detail

- Maintains healthy vendor relationships

- PC proficiency

- Data entry skills

- General math skills

Knowledge/Experience:

- Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance Sheet, Month close & recons, tech, tools

- 3 Yrs team handling

- Excellent communication skills

- MS office proficiency
