To deliver this vision, were hiring a dynamic and service-oriented team thatsfluent in English, presentable, and passionate about hospitality, wellness, and sports.

Profile:

• Polished English + Hindi, friendly and presentable.
• (Preference) Experience in hospitality, front desk/office roles.

Duties:

• Welcome members and guests
• Guest relation and service experience
• Manage bookings, payments, and POS systems. (Basic understanding of tech and our system)
• Upsell memberships, packages, and caf/wellness add-ons.
• Coordinate with site manager and service teams.
• Maintain front desk presentation.

Requirements:

• 1+ years as a receptionist.
• Polished communication skills.
• Energetic, customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable with tech for CRM, bookings and payments

Working hours : 11AM - 7PM (8 hours)

Working days : Monday - Sunday(Shift on weekends is expected)

Weekly Leave : Mutually decided weekday leave (1 leave every week, most likely to be Tuesday)
