Key Responsibilities

Drive front-end sales, engaging with potential buyers through calls and face-to-face meetings.

Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the companys growth.

Lead and support the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.

Be proactive in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new opportunities.

Maintain a professional image and adhere to SOBHAs high standards of grooming and etiquette.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in front-end real estate sales (Bangalore market preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and people management capabilities
  • A Bachelors degree (mandatory).
  • Bangalore-based candidates only.
  • Willingness to travel in Bangalore city as required.
