Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing and leading sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving property sales, and executing innovative strategies to meet revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also oversee and mentor the sales team, track market trends, generate leads, coordinate property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process.
