Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Pune. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure effective communication and customer service.

Responsibilities include managing sales operations, scheduling site visits conducting market analysis, attending clients and guiding through the buying and selling process, achieving sales targets, preparing reports

This is a high impact and target based role. Relevant Industry knowledge is a MUST.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience with atleast 1 year in handling sales operations and a Team.
• MBA / Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
