The Real Estate Associate will play a crucial role in supporting clients through their property buying and investment journeys. Responsibilities include facilitating real estate transactions, providing personalized consulting, conducting property market research, and ensuring seamless communication between buyers, investors, and developers. This is a full-time, on-site role, and the candidate will operate from our Bengaluru office to deliver exceptional customer-focused services.

• Proficiency in Real Estate transactions and a strong understanding of Real Estate Development
• Experience with Leases and Commercial Real Estate practices
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in a real estate, sales, or consulting role is an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-focused environment
