React Developer - Frontend

Role: React Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled React Developer with 46 years of handson experience building production-grade frontend applications. The ideal candidate understands modern UI engineering practices, writes clean and welltested code, and collaborates effectively with backend teams to deliver seamless product experiences. Experience with AIassisted development tools is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex React applications using modern best practices (hooks, context, state management, performance optimization, etc.).
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and contribute to internal design systems.
• Collaborate closely with backend/AI engineers to integrate Agentic APIs, data services, and microservices into the UI.
• Write clean, wellstructured, welldocumented, and fully tested code, ensuring longterm maintainability.
• Utilize AIassisted development practices to accelerate coding, debugging, and code review processes.
• Experience with tools like Lovable is a goodtohave.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
• Proactively identify UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 46 years of professional experience in frontend development with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, Jotai, etc.).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, agentic workflows, and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with component libraries, UI frameworks, and responsive design.
• Experience with unit testing / integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.).

Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced product environment.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Lovable, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).

Understanding of Agentic AI systems , LangChain-style tooling, or LLM workflows.

• Immediate joiners; maximum 15 days .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features endtoend.
