Job Description:

We are seeking an Real estate to Business (R2B) solution expert covering knowledge in SAP RE-FX (Real estate or SAP-PS (Project Systems) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in SAP real estate or project systems, demonstrating a proven track record in implementing and supporting Real estate to Business (R2B) solution across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP RE-FX or PS solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP PS modules to align with business needs.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP PS-related issues.

• Conduct user training and develop documentation for end-users.

• Participate in project planning, execution, and performance monitoring.

• Manage CAPEX and OPEX-related projects, including new construction initiatives.

• Prepare and record lease-in agreements and execute periodic lease-in activities.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in project master data management.

• Develop and manage project networks and budget WBS elements.

• Oversee technical and commercial closure processes for projects.

• Monitor procurement activities and ensure alignment with project budgets.

• Collaborate with SAP FI, CO, MM, and SD teams for seamless integration and reporting.

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

5 to 10 years of experience in SAP PS module implementation and support.

SAP-PS (Project Systems)

Preferred Skills :
SAP RE-FX (Real estate or SAP-PS (Project Systems)
