Every user is paired with a real human Buddy someone who checks in consistently, listens without judgment, and helps them navigate their toughest moments. We believe one honest conversation can prevent one cigarette. And that can change a life.

Position: Quit Coach / Buddy Therapist

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (On-site)

Experience: 02 years (Freshers with the right mindset are welcome)

CTC: 23 LPA + performance-based increments

Start Date: Immediate

• Support 1520 users throughout their quitting journey
• Conduct daily check-ins via app chat, voice notes, or calls
• Help users navigate cravings, relapses, stress, and high-risk triggers
• Track patterns and progress using our internal dashboard
• Offer structured, evidence-based, non-judgmental support
• Celebrate milestones and normalize setbacks
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience

• Strong empathy and active listening skills
• Comfortable handling difficult, emotionally vulnerable conversations
• Interest in psychology, counseling, addiction recovery, or behavior change
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English required; Tamil preferred)
• Self-driven, organized, and accountable
• Passionate about health impact and social good
