Position: Pre Contract Quantity Surveyor

Location: Noida

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong pre-contract expertise to support high-value construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cost planning, estimation, tendering, and contract documentation, preferably with exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, and luxury developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-contract cost planning, budgeting, and estimation
• Preparation of BOQs, cost plans, and tender documentation
• Tender analysis, bid evaluation, and contractor recommendations
• Value engineering and cost optimization
• Coordination with design, procurement, and project teams

Qualifications & Experience

• 11+ years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• Strong pre-contract experience (mandatory)
• Residential-High-rise / Mid- rise / Towers & Mixed-use Developments
