Quality

·            Overseeing Clinical and Service Quality monitors across the hospital

·            Conduct internal and external audits as per the quality calendar and provides appropriate feedback to the departments by having management meetings.

·            Review and monitor data analysis of all quality indicators for each department and provides appropriate feedback to concerned departments and to the top management.

·            Co-ordinates the planning, design and implementation of continuous quality improvement projects, so as to systematically evaluate and meet patient care needs

·            Advice the Head of hospital and Medical Admin in planning and conducting audits by external agencies like NABH, etc. for the purpose of accreditation.

·            Revision of policies, procedures and SOPs in consultation with the departmental HODs as and when required

·            Analysis of incident reports

·            Achieving, sustaining NABH and other accreditations

·            Monitoring committee meetings and minutes to be circulated to concerned members

·            Represent the department in committee meetings of the hospital.

·            Ensure the overall activities related to quality of the hospital to meet the requirement  of quality management, health & safety and legal stipulations

·            Design, develops and implements the quality plan strategies that ensure efficient and effective utilization of the department resources

·            Follow-up issue raised by external and internal audit reports
