10+2+3 FULL TIME EDUCATION IN RELEVANT DOMAIN.
Core Qualifications
Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt with 3-5 years of practical experience in Lean Six Sigma or Transformation initiatives
Experience: 8+ years of overall work experience with proven expertise in business problem-solving and delivering measurable business value. Exposure to the service industry is essential
Technical Competencies: Practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques and automation. Familiarity with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:
Promote Data-Driven Culture: Deliver training on quality tools and methodologies to embed a data-centric approach in operations
Enhance Client Satisfaction: Achieve best-in-class ratings by implementing process improvement and delivery excellence initiatives
Lead Transformation: Drive business process improvements leveraging Lean Six Sigma, automation, and transformation programs
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deploy and sustain improvement initiatives
Thought Leadership: Conduct workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmaps for client products and services
Mentorship & Execution: Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver measurable business value, productivity, and quality gains
Analytical Problem-Solving: Identify root causes of data quality issues and implement effective solutions
