Job Description
Ranika Design is a leading design focused manufacturer of Fashion Accessories & Clothing (Wovens). We are based in Sector 8, Noida.
We are searching for a Quality Manager for one of our bags divisions.
Responsibilities
- Overview and ensure the Quality department objectives are met
- Create a department structure & job responsibilities
- To train and guide a team of QCs and checkers
- Create process flow for the department and tweaking as and when necessary.
- Making SOPs for smooth functionality.
- Managing the cost of the department vs the budget
- Managing inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality manager in an export house
- Strong product knowledge of textile, beaded, macrame bags & accessories
- Strong English verbal + communication skills
- Strong managerial skills
