Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively implemented throughout the application lifecycle. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: As a Test Data Management (TDM) SME, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective test data management strategies. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will also include researching, analyzing, and gathering information on client and project requirements to develop comprehensive and customized test data management strategies and ensure their effective implementation across teams. Act as the main TDM point of contact for the client, ensuring consistent delivery of agreed operational activities. Develop and implement innovative and efficient strategies for test data management implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless integration of TDM solutions into project workflows. Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Evaluate and optimize existing test data processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TDM-related topics, engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key strategic and operational decisions. Consult teams and provide solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple teams and systems. Support in defining and documenting TDM concepts tailored to team needs. Master proficiency in Test Data Management Implementation is required. Test Data Management (TDM) Strategy proficiency level of proficiency in Test Data Management (TDM) Strategy is recommended. Knowledge of SAP systems and their landscape is recommended. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to consult and coordinate across technical and business teams. Experience with standard TDM tools (e.g., Delphix) is considered an advantage.
