Project Role Description : Design and develop complex quality engineering strategies. Architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams. Define testing scope for complex projects. Participate in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. Experience in one or more testing tools/frameworks and expertise with developing effective automation solutions.

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch), you will be responsible for designing and developing complex quality engineering strategies, defining testing scope for complex projects, and participating in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. Your typical day will involve architecting quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams and utilizing expertise in testing tools/frameworks to develop effective automation solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams. - Define testing scope for complex projects. - Participate in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. - Develop effective automation solutions utilizing expertise in one or more testing tools/frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality engineering strategies are aligned with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium, Cucumber (Software), and Finastra Fusion Loan IQ. - Expertise in testing tools/frameworks. - Strong understanding of quality engineering strategies and approaches. - Experience in developing effective automation solutions. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful quality engineering solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
