Job Responsibilities
- Involved in Agile Process from attending Scrum Call, Backlog Grooming and Sprint Planning & Sprint Retrospective for all the deliverables
- Maintaining all project requirements and execution details on Test Management Tool JIRA.
- Reviewing Test Cases, Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for the production defects.
- Identify test cases feasible for automation.
- Create SQL queries for data validation and correctness
- Implement in-sprint automated tests covering functional, API, integration, , and sanity testing.
- Design and enhance enterprise-scale automation frameworks for UI, API, and batch.
- Build reusable libraries, utilities, and tools to accelerate automation.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/TeamCity) with gatekeeping logic, parallelization, and reporting
- Perform failure analysis for automation (Web, API, Mobile)
- Sharing the Daily Status Report with project stakeholders and providing Go/No-Go decisions for production releases.
- Use GenAI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, internal LLMs) to:
- Generate deep test scenarios and corner cases.
- Accelerate defect RCA and log summarization.
- Generate sanitized synthetic test data.
- Assist in automation code scaffolding & locator healing.
- Validate and refine AI-generated artifacts with human-in-loop oversight.
