Hiring : Manager - Quality Assurance

Hyderabad, India | Full-Time

We are a high-precision BLDC motor manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, UAV, robotics, and mission-critical motion applications.

We are seeking a seasoned Manager Quality Assurance to lead aerospace-grade quality systems, dimensional inspection excellence, and zero-defect manufacturing across high-performance BLDC motor components and propulsion assemblies.

This is a strategic + hands-on leadership role in an AS9100-aligned environment where precision defines performance.

Mandatory Requirement

Minimum 1215 years of total aerospace manufacturing quality experience

(Experience must be in aerospace/defense/flight hardware environments)

Prior experience in motors, actuators, propulsion systems, or precision electromechanical assemblies is highly preferred.

What You'll Lead:

Aerospace-Grade Inspection & Compliance:

• Advanced CMM programming & dimensional validation of motor shafts, housings, rotors, stators, and precision-machined components
• GD&T interpretation for tight tolerance aerospace drawings
• First Article Inspection
• In-process and final inspection of BLDC motor assemblies
• Zero-defect quality assurance for mission-critical propulsion systems
• Full traceability, configuration control, and airworthiness compliance

Quality Systems & Regulatory Governance:

• AS9100 compliance leadership
• Audit readiness (customer & regulatory)
• Calibration management & metrology infrastructure
• Quality documentation control for aerospace components
• Supplier quality monitoring for precision machined & magnetic components

Data - Driven Quality Leadership:

• Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
• CAPA implementation & risk mitigation
• Inspection trend analysis & process capability improvement
• Continuous improvement in motor assembly reliability & performance

Technical Expertise Required:

• Strong experience in CMM programming & coordinate metrology systems
• Deep knowledge of GD&T & tolerance stack-ups
• Familiarity with precision machining, rotating assemblies, and high-speed motor components
• Experience in aerospace propulsion systems or electromechanical assemblies preferred
• Strong understanding of aerospace quality & regulatory standards
