Role Description

**Position:** Quality Assurance Manager Aluminium Foundry (QMS & VDA 6.3 Lead)

**Location:Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India

We are seeking a senior Quality Assurance professional to lead our aluminum foundrys quality function. The ideal candidate will:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive QMS implementation aligned with ISO 9001/IATF 16949

Lead audit readiness and achieve VDA 6.3 certification

Train and mentor QA engineers and shop-floor teams

Apply FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, and control plans to improve yield

Ensure aluminum casting processes (LPDC, GDC, HPDC) meet global standards

Qualifications:

Engineering degree (Mechanical/Metallurgical/Production)

812 years of QA experience in aluminum foundry/automotive manufacturing

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification; VDA 6.3 experience mandatory

Strong leadership and documentation skills
