Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Bhopal. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality control processes, implement safety and compliance standards, and ensure all manufactured products meet the required specifications and industry benchmarks. This role involves coordinating with production teams, conducting inspections, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality assurance standards, procedures, and methodologies specially for transformer tanks.
• Experience with inspection techniques, quality testing tools, and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing quality issues.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the transformer tank manufacturing or infrastructure industry is an added advantage.
