Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality control processes, develop and implement quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing manufacturing procedures, performing audits, supervising a team, identifying process improvements, and ensuring the quality and reliability of the products meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes, Quality Control, and compliance with industry standards.
• Strong knowledge in Inspection, Testing methodologies, and performance analysis of automotive and electrical components.
• Leadership skills and experience in managing teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ISO and IATF certifications and regulatory frameworks in the Automotive and EV sectors.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Automotive, Telecom, or Electric Vehicle industries is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is required; certifications such as Six Sigma or equivalent are a plus.
