- Lead and manage end-to-end QA programs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business to define testing strategies and timelines.
- Design and implement robust automation test strategies and frameworks across multiple projects.
- Track program status, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across QA practices.
- Act as a single point of contact for all program-level updates and communications.
- Manage resource planning, timeline, and reporting for QA programs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing policies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, or Azure DevOps
