CTC Range (LPA): 11.25 - 13.50

Role Summary

We are looking for anL2 QA Engineerwith hands-on experience inmanual and automated testingforweb platforms andtechnicalproducts. The role requires independent test execution, ownership of assigned modules, and contribution to automation and release quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing

• Design and execute test cases based on product requirements
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Validate UI/UX behavior, workflows, and edge cases
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
• Participate in requirement and release readiness reviews

Automation Testing

• Write and maintain automated test scripts for critical flows
• Identify test scenarios suitable for automation
• Execute automation suites and analyze failures
• Support integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines

Product & Platform Quality

• Test end-to-end user journeys across modules
• Validate APIs and backend workflows
• Collaborate with developers for issue triage and fixes
• Ensure quality standards are met before release

Must Have Skills

• 2-4 years of experience inManual & Automation Testing
• Strong understanding ofSDLC / STLC
• Experience testingweb-based platforms or SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with:

-Test case creation & execution

-Bug tracking and reporting

• Automation experience withany one:

-Selenium / Playwright / Cypress

• Programming knowledge inJava / JavaScript / Python
• API testing experience (Postman or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Git and Agile workflows

Good to Have

• CI/CD exposure
• Basic SQL or data validation skills
• Performance or security testing exposure
• Experience working in product-focused teams
