QA Analyst

Wed like to see:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in software testing, preferably within a fast-paced digital agency or software development environment.
• A proactive collaborator who provides QA Leads and project managers with clear, timely updates on test progress and project health.
• An adaptable mindset capable of evolving test cases alongside changing requirements within an iterative development lifecycle.
• A team player who works directly with back-end and front-end development teams to perform seamless regression testing and defect documentation.
• An analytical thinker who identifies testing techniques needed for project-specific challenges and focuses on risk mitigation early in the process.
• A passion for the craft, with an eagerness to adopt quality engineering best practices and drive innovation in day-to-day QA tasks.
• Nice to have: ISTQB certified (Foundation Level) or equivalent certification.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in manual functional testing across various platforms, including web, mobile, and multiple browser environments.

Strong problem-solving skills used to effectively identify, isolate, and report defects with high clarity and detail.

Strong understanding of test documentation standards and modern test case design techniques.

Strong analytical skills to assess complex user scenarios and identify potential quality issues before they reach production.

Good experience in executing functional automated test cases and a willingness to learn modern automation frameworks.

Good experience of accessibility (WCAG) and web performance testing concepts to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Good experience with basic test automation tools, processes, and general source control (Git).

Good communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an ego-free, "big idea" environment
