Purchase Executive - German Language

Experience: 2+ years

Language : German Good (understanding) required .

Education : Graduate / Bachelor degree in a related field.

General Prerequisites -

Review and maintain order confirmations in the ERP system.

Process order confirmations received through central order-confirmation mailboxes.

Compare key parameters (price, quantity, delivery date, Incoterms, payment terms) with the corresponding purchase order.

Use the provided decision-support document to verify correctness of details.

Attach order confirmations to the purchase order once all parameters match or fall within approved tolerances.

Update/adjust the purchase order in the ERP if deviations are within allowed tolerance limits.

Forward order confirmations to the responsible operational buyer if any parameter is outside the allowed tolerances.
