What Youll Do ?

• Own Earlyfits PR and media strategy end-to-end.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and publications.
• Identify story angles worth pitching (and know when not to pitch).
• Write and place press releases, op-eds, features, and founder narratives.
• Manage media outreach, follow-ups, and coverage tracking.
• Prep founders and leaders for interviews, quotes, and public appearances.
• Handle reactive PR, clarifications, and reputation management when needed.
• Track coverage impact and continuously refine the narrative.

What we are looking for ?

• Have 510 years of experience in PR, journalism, or public communications.
• Have worked inside a newsroom, PR agency, or in-house communications team.
• Know how media actually works - deadlines, angles, and editorial judgment.
• Can write sharply, clearly, and convincingly (headlines included).
• Have a strong media network across business, startup, or lifestyle beats.
• Can spot a good story before its obvious.
• Are calm under pressure and thoughtful with words.
