Psychologist

Hiring: Psychologist (Full-Time) | Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced psychologist with a minimum of 3+ years of expertise in providing psychological counselling to children, teens, adults, and couples. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, requiring 5.5 working days per week (10 AM 6.30 PM). Candidates must be located in West Delhi or nearby areas.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in psychological counselling/clinical psychology

Ability to Lead Internships (Online/In-Person)

Masters degree in Psychology

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in English

RCI Licensed (Preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, child and couples therapy (both in-person & online), tailoring interventions to the clients unique needs

Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques

Address challenges such as infidelity, emotional disconnect, co-parenting issues, and pre-marital concerns

Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Deliver mental health workshops in schools and corporate settings

Lead internship and training modules, mentoring aspiring psychologists

Collaborate with the founders to enhance mental health initiatives and drive clinic growth
