Job Title: Proposal Writer who writes RFP/RFI

Location: PAN India (Onsite 5 Days a Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Experience: 614 Years (Total IT)

Shift Timings:- 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM

Immediate starters only within 2-3weeks' time max.

Required Skills

Masters degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or similar roles preferably in IT services & consulting.
Strong understanding of RFP/RFI processes and proposal best practices .
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with analytics tools (Excel Pivot, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to proposal analytics and performance dashboards.
