Proposal & marketing Manager (B2B | UK & US Clients)

Were looking for someone who can own B2B proposals end-to-end and turn complex requirements into clear, persuasive, client-ready pitch decks.

This role works closely with Sales and Product Marketing and supports proposals for UK & US clients in a consulting environment.

Must Requirements-

2-4 years experience in proposal / bid management (B2B, IT services, consulting preferred)

Exposure to UK or US clients

Strong hands-on skills in PowerPoint & Canva.

Clear communication and stakeholder-handling skills, cross collaboration with sales,marketing

Nice to have

Product marketing exposure

Basic understanding of Microsoft / Power Platform ecosystem

This is a proposal ownership role, not digital marketing or social media

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own RFPs, bids, and proposals from start to submission

Create high-impact pitch decks using PowerPoint & Canva

Partner with Sales to shape winning proposal narratives

Manage multiple proposals with tight timelines

Improve proposal templates, decks, and overall quality.
