Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Manager based in Noida. The Proposal Manager will lead proposal planning, creation, and submission processes to secure contracts and support business growth. Responsibilities include crafting high-quality proposals, collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, delivering compelling content, and managing proposal timelines. The role also involves identifying improvement areas in the proposal process and implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong proposal writing, structuring, and editing skills, with proficiency in tailoring content to needs
• Technical Awareness and Knowledge of Digital Transformation Context
• Ability to analyze RFPs/RFIs and align proposals with customer and business objectives
• Proficiency with relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree.
• Technical Writing Skills are Mandatory
• 2-3 years of relevant experience is mandatory in writing proposal for PSUs
• Professional experience in proposal management, preferably in software or digital
