This role for a Prompt Engineer specializes in designing, refining, and optimizing prompts to improve the performance of AI systemsparticularly large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4. This role bridges the gap between technical development and human-AI interaction, ensuring that AI outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Design & Optimization : Create and refine prompts to guide AI models toward desired outcomes in tasks such as content generation, data analysis, and chatbot interactions.
• AI Performance Analysis : Monitor and evaluate AI responses, adjusting prompts and algorithms to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholdersto align prompt strategies with project goals.
• Research & Innovation : Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and machine learning to incorporate best practices into prompt engineering.
• Ethical Considerations : Address risks and ethical concerns related to AI usage, ensuring responsible deployment of automated systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python , REST APIs , and frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel
• Experience with LLMs such as GPT-4, Codex, or similar.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform , Azure services , and enterprise system APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT and related fields.
