Project Title

Investigating the Role of Sodium Modulation in Enhancing Lenvatinib Sensitivity and Overcoming Lenvatinib Resistance in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

Essential Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology or any closely related discipline from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in cancer cell line handling and drug treatmentbased assays
• Hands-on experience in basic molecular biology techniques , including:
• RNA/DNA isolation
• qPCR
• Western blotting
• Minimum one year of research experience in:
• Mammalian cell culture
• Liver cancer/cancer biology research
• At least one research publication in a Scopus- or Web of Scienceindexed journal
• Ability to perform data analysis , documentation, and report preparation
• Capability to work independently as well as in a team-based research environment

Nature of Work

The selected candidate will be engaged in experimental and analytical work related to cancer biology , including:

• Cell culturebased assays
• Drug sensitivity and resistance studies
• Data generation, analysis, and interpretation
• Assistance in manuscript writing and research reporting
• Supporting ongoing activities under a funded research project
