Educational Qualification(Mandatory): BE/Btech/MCA or equivalent

Educational Qualification(Preferred): PMP Certification adds an advantage

Required Skill Set

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET (Core/Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of database systems, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-deployment support.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure technical feasibility while balancing technical depth with project timelines.
• Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.
• Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and proactively mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best engineering practices across teams.
