Key Responsibility -

Act as primary point of contact for clients for all ongoing projects.

Lead project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and client updates.

Ensure timely delivery of projects as per agreed timelines, budgets, and quality

standards.

Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and maintain strong professional

relationships.

Drive weekly project review meetings and submit progress dashboards to

management.

2. Project Execution

Review drawings, BOQs, budgets, and technical specifications before execution.

Monitor project schedules, resource deployment, and milestone tracking.

Ensure adherence to design intent, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

3. Vendor & Commercial Management

Lead vendor finalisation, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Evaluate quotations, control project costs, and improve overall project margins.

Ensure timely issuance of work orders and coordination with accounts for billing

cycles.

Monitor vendor performance, timelines, and quality of execution.

Maintain a strong vendor network for civil, MEP, interiors, and services.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

Manage and guide internal project team including project leads and junior resources.

Allocate responsibilities across sites and monitor team productivity.

Build accountability and reporting discipline within project teams.

Support hiring and training of execution team as business scales.

5. Commercial & Reporting Responsibilities

Track project budgets, cash flows, and billing milestones.

Support management in improving project profitability and cost efficiencies.

Submit weekly MIS covering project status, risks, and financial tracking.

Ensure proper documentation, handover processes, and closure reports
