The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
• Responsible for project delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and develop mitigation measures to drive project to completion.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify and resolve issues/conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Client interaction and project communications (internal and external)

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• 4+ years work experience in IT field or IT system development projects
• Excellent hands-on of the full project management life cycle, preferably in Remote Management Services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
