Project Manager – NetSuite

JD :Experience : 8-10yrs

1 .Manage end-to-end NetSuite projects (ERP, CRM, OpenAir, custom modules).

2 . Coordinate and track day-to-day project activities for NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.

3. Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with business needs.

4 .Prepare and maintain project plans, estimations, schedules, and resource allocation.

5 .Coordinate with functional, technical, QA teams, and business users for smooth execution.

6 .Ensure on-time delivery, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

7 .Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, sharing updates and reports.

8 .Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT, and cutover activities.

9 .Handle change requests, scope adjustments, and governance requirements.

10 .Drive best practices, process improvements, and NetSuite adoption.

11 .Support post-go-live stabilization, training, and knowledge transfer.

12 .Contribute to SoW drafting and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.
2. 46 years of project coordination or project management experience.
3. Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite experience )
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
5. Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, or other project tracking tools.
6. Experience with SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery approaches.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Team-oriented with ability to work with consultants, developers, and end-users.
