Were expanding our operations and looking for a driven, technically adept Project Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are looking for a process-driven Project Manager to lead our manufacturing digitization and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our in-house MES system (built in Python) and drive improvements across production workflows, quality assurance, and audit systems.

Key Responsibilities

• MES Product Ownership: Own the in-house Python-based MES as a product, defining roadmap, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and adoption
• Production Digitization: Lead digitization and automation initiatives across the shop floor, ensuring accurate data capture and real-time visibility into production
• Metrics & Reporting: Define and monitor manufacturing KPIs; build reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the bridge between production, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Audit & Compliance Systems: Build and manage internal frameworks for process validation and operational audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Management (Masters preferred).
• 3+ years experience in operations/project management within a manufacturing or tech-hardware environment.
• Hands-on experience with MES or ERP systems (SAP); experience with Python is highly desirable.
• Strong process-orientation, problem-solving ability, and comfort with data-driven reporting.
