Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vasant Vihar for a Project Manager specializing in interior fit outs. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of interior fit-out projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and completion within set timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising contractors and vendors, coordinating with clients on design and specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and monitoring day-to-day project progress. The role also involves resolving any challenges that may arise and ensuring timely deliveries through effective team management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management and managing all phases of interior fit-out projects
• Experience in Expediting and coordination with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and scheduling to ensure seamless material deliveries
• Competence in conducting Inspections to maintain adherence to quality and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field would be advantageous
• Experience in the construction or interior design industry will be considered a plus
