Project Manager

About the Role:

Were looking for a Project Manager AI to lead and manage AI-driven and digital projects across the agency. This role will focus on integrating AI workflows, managing web development and digital initiatives, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, clients, and external partners. If you enjoy solving complex problems, managing cross-functional teams, and working with emerging technology, this role will be a good fit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, automation, and web development projects across creative, strategy, media, tech, and production teams.
• Translate business, technical, and creative requirements into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage client communication and servicing, ensuring project updates, alignment on expectations, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, designers, and external AI/tool vendors to implement and optimize solutions.
• Manage project sprints, stand-ups, and cross-functional workflows to ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee QA, testing, and implementation of AI tools, digital platforms, and web-based solutions.
• Support new business initiatives by assisting with project planning, scoping, and feasibility during pitches or proposals.
• Track project performance, maintain documentation, and develop best practices for AI and digital workflows.

Qualifications:

• 56 years of project management experience, preferably within a digital, technology, or advertising agency environment.
• Experience managing web development or digital product projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of AI tools and workflows, including generative AI, automation tools, and prompt basics.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar tools.
