Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager who has led complex projects end-to-end, strengthened delivery processes, and improved operational efficiency. The ideal candidate comes from a SaaS/startup background, is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and has experience handling international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to delivery and closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, data, and business teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage enterprise and international stakeholders, ensuring transparency, trust, and clear communication
• Define project plans, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals
• Deliver secure, scalable onboarding and platform initiatives to support enterprise adoption
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to automate core operations and reduce manual effort
• Build standardized dashboards, reporting frameworks, and documentation to track progress and performance
• Run user trainings and create clear documentation to ensure adoption and long-term scalability
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and proactively resolve them
• Follow agile best practices to improve delivery speed, predictability, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven 3-5+ Years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS and startup environments
• Strong track record of leading projects, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency
• Experience working with enterprise and international clients
• Hands-on exposure to agile / scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience working on digital transformation, automation, AI, or data-driven platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent
• Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, AI, blockchain, or automation-led products
• Prior exposure to global teams and clients across US / Europe / other international markets
