Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Management / Coordination professional responsible for planning, tracking, and controlling immersive technology deployments.

This role ensures structured execution from sales confirmation through installation and commissioning.

The candidate must have real project coordination experience in event tech, AV, or retail fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and manage project timelines and Gantt charts.

2. Track milestones, dependencies, and risks.

3. Coordinate between:

• Sales
• Technical teams
• Fabricators
• Vendors
• Client procurement teams

4. Prepare client-ready documentation:

• Progress reports
• Execution schedules
• Scope updates

5. Monitor vendor deliverables and escalate delays.

6. Ensure alignment between BOQ and actual execution.

7. Support smooth handover between teams.

Required Experience

1. Minimum 36 years in project coordination within:

• Event production
• AV integration
• Retail fit-outs

2. Experience managing cross-functional teams.

3. Strong documentation and reporting skills.

4. Familiarity with UAE project workflows preferred.
