Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology strategy.
• Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans; monitor progress and manage deviations.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; maintain contingency plans and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders; manage expectations and ensure transparent communication.
• Change Management: Drive organizational readiness for AI adoption; develop change strategies, training plans, and communication frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Budget & Resource Control: Manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track financial performance.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Agile Delivery: Apply Agile principles and practices for iterative development and continuous improvement

Skills & Attributes for Success

• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects, preferably in AI or emerging technologies.
• Strong expertise in risk management, change management, and people leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery frameworks.
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and decisiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT project management, with exposure to AI or advanced technology projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data-driven solutions, and AI/ML concepts.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Change Management are highly desirable
