Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the weekly reports, Reagent Trackers, shipment files, data files, and other data base files are sent to client in a timely manner.

2. Co-ordinates with the internal team for the preparation and generation of quote. When given a quote

all the possible routes are searched and the feasible route with raw material costing was given in time.

3. Supports in continuous improvement of project Management function.

4. Good Understanding of Project Management system in the CRO.

5. Develop and maintain an understanding of Sai Capabilities and capacity.

6. Proactive accomplishment of experimental, SD and DB files as per project needs.

7. Supporting PTLs in the preparation of all other project related documents (trackers, meeting minutes, Chemical Inventory, Intermediates and Shipment Documents,

Medchem Trackers), RM tracking, shipment Tracking etc.

8. Broad Understanding of the cross functional Department to meet the Project Management requirement.

9. Supports RD team in retrieving scientific journal and patents.

10. Scheduling Internal Review meetings and Telecons.

1 Preparing MoM of the TC s & share with stake holders (internal/external) Optional: to be decided by cluster heads /GL/TL based on requirement

2 Productivity metrics & attendance ? weekly/monthly; tracking performance with excel sheets etc High Priority

PM associates to collect the data of their respective teams and one SPOC from each cluster to coordinate and compile the data.

3 LNB audits and compliance TL/GL to enforce the completion of the lab notebooks so as to facilitate and expedite experimental write -ups

4 Experimental write-ups for final compounds. Collective effort along with PM in coordination with the TL/GL/chemists and the responsibility of correctness and accuracy lies with

the TL/GL). This activity to be revisited and discussed further after the Biovia eLNB is implemented.

5 Preparation of sd files, excel sheets, uploading the shipment data in the client portal

6 Work with biology department and serve as an interface of chemistry and biology Optional, as and when required

7 Tracking resources and allocation across teams. Update resource tracker across med chem

8 Shipments (Imports/exports)

9 Ordering starting materials - maintaining MRN register. Check if the PO has been raised and provide preliminary information. No extensive follow ups required with SCM

10 Maintain compound inventory (prepared compounds)

Qualification

Masters/ Bachelors (preferred PMP certified , not Mandatory)

Experience

12 to 18 Years

Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioural):

Technical & Functional: 1) Well versed with MS office (powerpoint, excel in particular), handling MS teams , Zoom calls.

2) Good communication skill (writing / speaking)

Behavioural: Quick learner, Team Player
